At CrossFit West Allis you will not find row of treadmills, ellipticals, or weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to move.

CrossFit is elite functional fitness for EVERYONE. CrossFit workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running) executed at high intensity. At CrossFit West Allis, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, sleds, medicine balls, atlas stones, yokes, etc. Unfamiliar with some of this, or all of it? No need to worry! At CrossFit West Allis you will be guided through all workouts by certified trainers, and instructed on all excercises and lifts, prior to “jumping right in.” We want you to be fit, and we want you to have fun while achieving fitness.

It means you will never get bored. With our constantly varied programming, you will rarely see the same workout twice in the same year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided to accomadate your fitness level.

I have been at this gym for about 6 months and I have to say I have never felt so motivated to go to a gym!! I look forward to challenging myself and working with the outstanding community of people that help and cheer each other on! I never did Crossfit before here and I don't think I will ever go back to the regular gym style! If you're looking to get a fresh start with a fresh workout that challenges you and a community of people who uplift and help motivate, this is the perfect place!!

This a great gym! I've been doing CrossFit since 2013 and I've been a member at two other well-known gyms in the area, but this has been my favorite. The classes aren't huge so the coaches can pay attention to you and give you feedback, and the people are friendly, fun and encouraging. The coaches are smart and helpful, and I'd definitely recommend this gym.
