*This is our “Intro to CrossFit” class. Offered 2 days a week for 3 weeks(Tues/Thurs), with barbell instruction, and conditioning utilizing functional movements. After the 3 weeks when you have a good understanding and confidence, you “graduate” into our CrossFit class.
